Anuja Kapote
Growing up, my father taught me that ambition is not just a trait, it is a way of life. That belief has guided every chapter of my story. I earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers and threw myself into the corporate world, working as a software engineer, lecturer, corporate trainer, project coordinator, and internationally certified software tester. Every role taught me something new, but one truth kept surfacing: my greatest joy came from watching someone else learn.
That pull toward teaching never left me. After starting my own family, I followed my heart and completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. I began working as an educator, blending my corporate experience with a deep love for children and their boundless potential. Along the way I passed the IELTS English Language Test, managed by Cambridge Assessment English and the British Council, and picked up certifications in business administration. My Guru once told me that knowledge is the only thing that multiplies when you share it. Those words became my compass.
Over the years I have had the privilege of working with learners of every age: from tiny hands learning their first letters, to primary students finding their confidence in maths, to adolescents preparing for exams, to adults navigating a new language or career. Each experience added a new colour to my understanding of how people learn, and it became clear that I needed to create a place where all of that knowledge could come together.
That place is RiseUp Tutorials. It is more than a tutoring service. It is a space where children build confidence, discover their strengths, and learn to dream big. We go beyond the curriculum to nurture personality, encourage imagination, and develop real problem-solving skills. Whether your child is sitting across the table from me in Prospect or joining an online session from anywhere in Australia, they will feel supported, challenged, and genuinely cared for.
Every morning I wake up excited by the realisation that this dream is real. But RiseUp is not my achievement alone. It is built on the combined efforts of myself, the children who amaze me every day, and the families who trust me with their most precious gift. Together, we shape not just grades, but futures.
